About Us:

We are a leading retail chain based in Solapur with 7 family store outlets and over 20 years of industry experience. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to oversee daily store operations, guide team members, and ensure smooth functioning of assigned sections.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and guide sales staff in daily activities to meet sales and service targets

· Allocate work schedules and ensure proper staffing in different sections

· Monitor product display, stock availability, and cleanliness of the assigned area

· Assist customers, handle queries, and resolve minor complaints promptly

· Train new staff on sales techniques, customer service, and store policies

· Track daily sales performance and report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

· Coordinate with inventory team for stock replenishment and merchandise arrangement

· Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company SOPs among team members

· Support in promotional campaigns, festive sales, and in-store events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field

· 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

· Good leadership and people management skills

· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

· Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills (ERP experience is a plus)

· Ability to motivate a team and achieve sales goals

· Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills
