We are a well-known retail brand based in Solapur with 7 family store outlets across various locations, serving customers for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on delivering quality products and excellent service. We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations

· Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and customer service targets

· Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally

· Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase revenue

· Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards

· Coordinate with the visual merchandising team for store displays and promotions

· Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health & safety guidelines

· Prepare daily sales reports and assist with cashier reconciliations

· Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field

· 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in apparel or departmental stores

· Strong leadership and people management skills

· Excellent customer service and communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

· Knowledge of POS systems and ERP software (Ginesys experience is a plus)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure

· Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
