BIS Certification Management Ensure timely completion and compliance of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification for key product categories and major project requirements. 2. The role includes coordinating with consultants for licenses and registrations, managing vendor compliance, maintaining accurate payroll, and overseeing attendance and leave tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure that all regulatory, legal, and employee-related processes are completed on time and with high accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour laws such as the Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Payment of Wages Act. Handle S&E (Shops & Establishment) Registration , Trade License applications , and renewals of various other licenses in collaboration with consultants and government authorities. Liaise with statutory bodies (PF, ESIC, Labour Department, etc.) for audits, notices, and inspections. Maintain up-to-date statutory registers, returns, and compliance documentation. 2.
