Role : Performance Marketing Specialist Company Name: The White Teak Company (By Asian Paints) Web: www.whiteteak.com Reporting To : Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Type : Full-time | Individual Contributor About the Role Were looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who understands the full digital marketing ecosystem and is ready to own paid media execution across Google and Meta platforms. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong grasp of both online and offline retail dynamics . comfortable managing end-to-end campaigns, optimizing for ROI, and diving deep into analytics. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (FB & IG). Retail-Focused Strategy Align digital campaigns to drive both online sales and offline store walk-ins , with location-based targeting and audience segmentation. Tracking & Attribution Set up and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager , GA4 , and other attribution tools. Collaborate with tech teams to ensure accurate event tracking across all touchpoints. Analytics & Reporting Build dashboards and deliver periodic performance reports with actionable insights. Monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and footfall lift. Creative Collaboration Work closely with the content and design teams to deliver thumb-stopping ad creatives tailored for different funnel stages. Brand & Awareness Campaigns Assist in running brand lift and upper-funnel campaigns to improve brand recall and discovery across key audience cohorts. What You Bring 4-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing , with core expertise in Google & Meta Ads . Strong understanding of both e-commerce and retail store marketing dynamics. Solid grasp of conversion tracking , audience segmentation , and campaign attribution . Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , GTM , and CRM platforms. Exposure to brand campaigns and an understanding of how to balance performance and positioning. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and tools like Looker Studio (or similar) for reporting. Nice to Have Experience working in luxury retail , home dcor , or lifestyle segments. Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing , remarketing workflows , or offline attribution models . Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and multivariate testing tools.
