Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Store Operations

• Manage receipt, verification, and storage of incoming pharmaceutical materials as per SOPs.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance/dispatch of medicines to customers and internal departments.
• Maintain stock accuracy, perform physical stock checks, and support monthly/quarterly audits.
• Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity, handling practices) for high-value oncology products.
• Coordinate with logistics, and customer care teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Documentation & Record Management

• Maintain and update manual registers, stock ledgers, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch records.
• Ensure accurate filing of documents and quick retrieval during inspections.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and communicate variances to the Store Incharge/Manager.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and company quality standards.
• Maintain and review SOPs, checklists, temperature logs, deviation reports, and quality records.
• Support internal and external quality audits, including documentation preparation.
• Ensure proper implementation of FEFO/FIFO, batch tracking, and control of near-expiry and damaged stock.
• Coordinate for cold chain product handling, where applicable.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory guidelines for pharmaceutical distribution.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety protocols, and proper labeling and storage practices.
• Report any discrepancies, quality issues, or irregularities immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
