Job Title: Data Analyst – Technology Department

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Data Analyst to join our Technology Department. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in data analysis, digital performance assessment, and dashboard reporting. In this role, you will focus on analyzing lead-generation efforts, monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and delivering actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze lead-generation data and flow to identify patterns, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Track and evaluate marketing performance across multiple channels, monitoring lead progression through the sales funnel.
• Assess the effectiveness of paid social media campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, engagement, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Create clear and concise reports on campaign performance, lead sources, and audience behavior.
• Highlight important KPIs, benchmarks, and insights to help achieve marketing and business objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel for real-time tracking of performance.
• Present data visually to communicate trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure data insights align with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and campaign tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of KPI analysis, performance reporting, and dashboard development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
