Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build and own reporting frameworks to track and measure influencer marketing performance and impact.

Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to support impact and attribution analysis across platforms, creators, and campaigns.

Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities, and convert them into clear, actionable recommendations.

Partner with other teams such as Marketplace, Brand, and Performance Marketing to translate business questions into structured data solutions.

Support leadership with analysis and insights for decision-making.

Qualifications AND Expectations

Min 1 year to 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Strong skills in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets complex formulas, pivots, automation

Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

Comfort working with imperfect data and open-ended problem statements.

Ability to go beyond reporting and contribute insights that influence decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

High ownership mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving setup.
