Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst (Data)

Experience:

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain & enhance dashboards using Power BI
Collect, analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights
Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
Generate periodic reports, visualizations & business performance metrics
Assist in decision-making through data-driven analysis
Present insights and reports to stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Required Qualifications & Skills

MBA is mandatory
1 year experience in Data Analysis / BI role
Strong knowledge of Power BI (dashboarding, data visualization, reporting)
Basic to intermediate technical competency (approx. 2.5/5 level)
Good understanding of data handling & reporting concepts
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience with Tableau
Ability to convey technical insights in simple business language

Good to Have (Optional)

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric
Power BI certification or relevant training
Basic SQL knowledge / DAX understanding
