Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Integration:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from HRP systems, including TMF Local Payroll systems, Enate, and Lexicon.
• Maintain central tracking of any data quality issues. Ensure the completion of all templates in a timely manner and proactively communicate to all stakeholders.
  

Analysis & Reporting

• Update dashboards and reports to track migration gaps, progress, risks, and capacity utilisation.
• Monitor KPIs for migration and enablement teams.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve templates
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with Migration Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with programme standards.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in programme or project environments.
• Proficiency in, Excel
• Communication: Explaining data issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Working with IT, business analysts, and project managers.
• Data Quality & Governance
• Data Validation: Ability to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing values.
• Standardization: Skills in applying consistent formats (dates, names, codes).
