The Data Analyst will support the HRP Programme by supporting with accurate and timely data population of several OPTIX required templates to support client migration. The Data Analyst will take information from our TMF Local Offices and supporting teams and transfer it into the approved OPTIX templates identifying any data gaps or inaccuracies in a proactive and efficient way. This role will leverage programme-specific tools and frameworks to ensure client migration happens efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Integration:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from HRP systems, including TMF Local Payroll systems, Enate, and Lexicon.
- Maintain central tracking of any data quality issues. Ensure the completion of all templates in a timely manner and proactively communicate to all stakeholders.
Analysis & Reporting
- Update dashboards and reports to track migration gaps, progress, risks, and capacity utilisation.
- Monitor KPIs for migration and enablement teams.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve templates
Collaboration
- Work closely with Migration Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with programme standards.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in programme or project environments.
- Proficiency in, Excel
- Communication: Explaining data issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Working with IT, business analysts, and project managers.
- Data Quality & Governance
- Data Validation: Ability to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing values.
- Standardization: Skills in applying consistent formats (dates, names, codes).
