Data Analyst

Eligibility:

• Candidate should have basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Should have an understanding of laboratory tests and reagent names.

Education:

• Any graduate/MLT/DMLT/BSC

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Preparation

• Collect data from internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Clean, validate, and organize raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect data and report issues to seniors.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
• Support senior analysts in ad-hoc data analysis tasks.

3. Dashboard & Visualization Support

• Assist in creating dashboards and charts using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Update existing dashboards with new data regularly.
• Ensure reports are easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders.

4. Data Accuracy & Documentation

• Maintain data documentation, definitions, and report logic.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of business data.
• Follow data governance and compliance guidelines.

5. Tool & System Usage

• Work with Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas

6. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Suggest simple process improvements under supervision.

7. Compliance & Timelines

• Ensure timely submission of reports.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and reporting standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
