Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support and enhance our overall HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, along with excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Support employee engagement activities and contribute to building a positive work culture.
Handle daily HR operational tasks and provide administrative support when required.
Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications:

BBA / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on new responsibilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
