Job Description – Lead Auditor

The Lead Auditor is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting internal and external audits in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). The role also provides technical support to the Sales Department by assisting with client discussions, preparing compliance documents, and contributing to business development through quality-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits for ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
• Maintain, update, and manage QMS documentation to ensure continuous certification compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, develop corrective action plans, and track follow-up activities.
• Support the Sales Department with ISO-related inputs for proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
• Prepare, review, and validate technical compliance documents required by clients.
• Participate in customer audits and provide clarification on quality, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Train and mentor employees on ISO standards, documentation processes, and audit procedures.

Qualifications

• Certified ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 mandatory; additional ISO certifications preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, QMS management, or compliance roles.
• Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Work location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
