Odoo Developer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team in Ernakulam. If you have 1 to 4 years of practical experience working with Odoo and a passion for creating customized ERP solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. You’ll collaborate closely with functional consultants and business analysts to develop, tailor, and implement Odoo modules that address various business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo modules across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and other domains.
• Implement new features and extend existing functionalities based on project needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate technical and functional requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Python, XML, and adhere to Odoo development best practices.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and integrate Odoo with third-party applications.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Manage database operations including data migration, version upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for live Odoo deployments.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong skills in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of Odoo’s ORM, modular design, and architecture.
• Experience working with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
