Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide support to onshore analysts on pre and post Rating Committee activities
Conduct and Ensure Conflicts of Interest Checks are Completed Prior to Rating Committee
Upload documents for Rating Committee
Establish rating committees requested by FA(s) including executing any necessary conflict checks
Create and prepare materials for both internal and external meetings that maintain company standards and values
Assist in conducting review of files materials for adherence to policies procedures
Gather information for Ad-Hoc requests
Produce weekly updates to the team, coordinate with various departments to assemble this
Review and execute rating letters and rating action confirmation letters
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Economics or Management Studies
1-3 years of Relevant Financial Data experience, experience at a rating agency is a plus
Excellent communication and co-ordination skills and should be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Highly motivated, self-starter who is keen to learn, has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and deliver results in a timely manner
Good inter-personal skills and ability to participate/ contribute as a team player
