Job Description

Role: Team Lead - Talent Acquisition (Freshers Hiring & Projects) We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead - Talent Acquisition to spearhead our early career/freshers hiring programs and manage strategic recruitment projects. This role requires a people management with a blend of operational excellence and project execution capability. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end fresher hiring initiatives including campus engagement, assessments, and onboarding. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and academic institutions to build a strong early talent pipeline. Drive recruitment projects focused on process improvements, automation, and hiring analytics. Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring SLAs and project outcomes. Partner with HR, Business Leaders, and Operations to align hiring plans with business needs. Requirements: 7-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in campus/freshers hiring. Prior experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering project-based outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Exposure to tools like Workday, ATS/HRIS, Excel/Power BI is a plus.
