Role & responsibilities Software proficiency: SDS2 with AISC standards Experience level: 5 8 years and above in leading the team Engineering/Diploma in civil/mechanical engineering (DCE/DME) with related experience and training Experience in industry specific projects and detailing and dealing with clients across the US Ability to understand, analyze and interpret technical procedures, drawings and specifications Interpret & implement project specifications, contract drawings & RFIs. Finalize packages for client submissions. Ensure documentation is complete, updated, and stored appropriately. Follow company standards with minimal supervision and high quality. Report errors immediately to avoid project delays. Ability to manage the team and execute the projects. Good English communication skill
