Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and KPIs.
  
• Monitor daily performance, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
  
• Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to team members.
  
• Conduct team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance review sessions.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, adherence to SOPs, and process compliance.
  
• Handle escalations professionally and provide effective resolutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and efficiency.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and share insights with management.
  
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
  
• Maintain a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Strong understanding of process operations and performance metrics.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
  
• 25 years of experience, including minimum 1 year in a team handling or supervisory role.

• 6 days a week

Shift Timing

• 9 am to 5.30pm
