Job Description

E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Management

Own end-to-end performance of brand-owned websites: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate.
Manage UX optimization, merchandising strategy, and onsite search improvements.
Coordinate with tech and design teams for site updates, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.

2. Marketplace Operations:

Drive performance on 3P channels: Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
Manage listings, pricing, content, ratings, and availability.
Monitor platform-specific promotions, advertising spends, and ROI.

3. Campaigns & Growth:

Work closely with performance marketing to drive targeted traffic.
Execute product drops, promotions, festive campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with creative and content teams for campaign rollouts.

4. Operations & Inventory:

Align with SCM for accurate inventory flow, order fulfilment, and dispatch SLAs.
Oversee catalog accuracy, NDRs, return rates, and customer support escalations.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CLTV, bounce rate, funnel drop-offs, cart abandonment.
Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards and insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

3–6 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce roles (preferred: consumer brands or petcare).
Deep understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS.
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads.
Familiarity with marketplace seller panels and digital merchandising.
Growth mindset, execution-focused, and agile in cross-functional environments.
