Role & responsibilities: Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Train customers on the product and support new customer acquisition. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Forecast and track key account metrics. Prepare reports on account status and follow up with customers regularly. Collaborate with the sales team on new product developments. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations. Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement. Conduct demos for potential clients and facilitate product adoption. Manage and maintain a list of interested prospects. Consistently achieve sales targets. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 2 years of enterprise sales experience and 1 year of account management experience. Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English). Strong problem-solving skills and a team player. Proficiency in MS Office. Basic knowledge of corporate procurement processes and SAAS/Cloud services. Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
