We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless onboarding, subscription setup, and POC delivery for our customers. You’ll be the trusted point of contact from post-sale to early adoption—ensuring value realization and long-term engagement.
· 3–5 years in customer success or client onboarding, ideally in a SaaS setup
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Hands-on with CRM, subscription, or onboarding tools
· Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
· Experience with HRTech, ATS, or Talent Intelligence platforms
· Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
