Demo and Pre-Sales Follow-Up Specialist


About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive Demo & Pre-Sales Specialist to lead client demo sessions and drive pre-sales engagement. You'll be the first product expert prospects interact with—owning the demo experience, addressing initial queries, and ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct engaging product demos tailored to client pain points
  • Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers
  • Manage pre-sales follow-ups and nurture high-intent prospects
  • Collaborate with sales to accelerate deal progression
  • Track demo feedback and relay insights to product/marketing


Requirements:


  • 3–6 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or product demos (preferably HRTech/SaaS)
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools
  • Ability to simplify complex features into business value


Preferred:


  • Exposure to Talent Intelligence, ATS, or HR workflows
  • Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments
