🕵Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
, who’ll own the end-to-end customer experience for all marketfeed users. You’ll build and scale high-performing customer-facing teams that deeply understand our users from first-time investors to seasoned traders.You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and technology teams to build processes, measure success, and ensure every user interaction reflects marketfeed’s mission. Your north star metrics will be

and you’ll play a key role in driving these forward.
💻What You’ll Do
- Own customer experience across all user touchpoints (learning, investing, support).
- Drive activation rate and retention rate for marketfeed users.
- Build and lead a high-performance customer-facing organization from structure design to execution.
- Develop and implement robust quality monitoring, training, and career development programs.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to identify and resolve user friction points.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product or process improvements.
- Partner with leadership to set and deliver quarterly experience, activation, and retention targets.
- Ensure the team has the right resources, tools, and clarity to deliver results.
👀 What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within wealth management, investments, or broking.
- At least 4+ years of managerial experience, leading multi-layered teams.
- Deep understanding of user psychology — especially around money, trust, and financial decision-making.
- Strong grasp of investment and wealth products — returns, risks, instruments, and behavioral nuances.
- Ability to tailor experiences for diverse Indian audiences across states, languages, and income levels.
- Skilled in data-driven problem solving, coaching managers, and building scalable processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for creating meaningful, trustworthy experiences for users building their financial futures.
