Customer Success Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding digital marketing and media plans.
• Develop, monitor, and execute media strategies that align with client and advertiser goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, ad operations, and support, to deliver seamless campaign execution and issue resolution.
• Provide data-driven insights and post-campaign analysis to optimize media performance and demonstrate ROI.
• Manage customer relationships, drive adoption of products/services, and identify opportunities for upselling or campaign expansion.
• Conduct training sessions on media best practices and manage onboarding for new clients.
• Regularly report on key customer metrics, campaign outcomes, and health scores to leadership.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization and relay stakeholder feedback for product improvement.

• Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably within digital media or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills for working with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical abilities for campaign performance review and data-driven optimization.
• Expertise in media planning, execution, and reporting tools.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and account management software like Boostr, GAM, DoubleVerify, MOAT reports.
