Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Bareilly. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Daily tasks include posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Experience with sourcing candidates and screening resumes
Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and managing recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Bareilly
Relevant experience in recruitment or human resources is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
