We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Associate who can confidently handle international clients (especially US-based), generate and manage leads, and help us expand our client base through strategic sales outreach. Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls with professionalism and clarity • Follow up consistently with new and existing leads to maintain engagement and interest • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and social media • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and assess alignment with our services • Schedule discovery or sales calls with the founder or relevant team members • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools • Share timely sales reports and performance updates with the team and leadership • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and communication during client onboarding • Continuously learn and stay updated about our digital products, services, pricing, and processes. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage client relationships, drive business growth through lead generation and outreach, and support senior executives in daily operations, communication, and project management. The Customer Success Manager will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and senior leadership , ensuring smooth execution, timely communication, and long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Success & Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact between the executive team, clients, and internal departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Lead client onboarding, documentation, and communication processes. Understand client goals, marketing objectives, and operational challenges to deliver effective solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth based on evolving client needs. Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other channels. Present Adeptd’s tax services to potential clients, conduct discovery and pitch calls, and close deals. Develop business proposals, sales presentations, and marketing materials aligned with client needs. Negotiate terms and ensure mutually beneficial business relationships. Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to drive engagement and client acquisition. Executive & Project Management Manage daily communication on behalf of the executive, including emails, calls, and correspondence with clients or internal teams. Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and taking minutes or follow-up actions. Oversee calendar management, appointments, and deadlines to optimize executive productivity. Assist or independently manage key projects, ensuring timely completion and successful execution. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Research, Market Strategy & Collaboration Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, business opportunities, and potential clients. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project management teams to ensure smooth client handover and project delivery. Support strategic planning by gathering insights for marketing and business decisions. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing improvement suggestions. Participate in collaborative planning sessions to align digital marketing and business strategies with client objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in client success, business development, or lead generation , preferably in finance, U.S. tax services, or professional consulting . Strong organizational and multitasking skills with experience in project coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling client calls and presentations. Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email communication tools . Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and interpret data. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in a remote work environment .
