🎯 Responsibilities You Will Hold

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop meaningful relationships with users, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Address client queries promptly and ensure clear communication and resolution.
• User Retention & Experience:
• Guide users throughout their trading journey, focusing on retention during challenges such as strategy drawdowns.
• Implement new ideas to enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
• Feedback & Collaboration:
• Act as a bridge between users and the product team by collecting and relaying user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user outcomes.
• Mentorship & Process Improvement:
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers and assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Own specific team processes and tasks to ensure operational excellence.
• Market Knowledge & Problem Solving:
• Leverage advanced knowledge of options, equities, and wealth markets to inform user interactions.
• Handle escalations and find innovative solutions for unpredictable situations.
