🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in programming in one of the backend languages - Go, Node.js, or Python
• Experience with Realtime Systems, Redis, Websockets, Event-Driven Architectures
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Firestore, Realtime Database
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CD tools
• Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
• Curious about learning new tools, discovering innovations, setting up new processes to make us better
• Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies and financial markets (Good to have)

💬Interviewing with us - Hiring Process

• Screening Round for Fit: Initial conversations over phone/video with a recruiter and hiring manager to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Technical Round 1: Hands-on coding round designed to assess your problem-solving & coding skills
• Technical Round 2: Whiteboard round where we deep dive into Cloud Design Patterns, System Design & Infrastructure Setup.
• In-Person Interview with Founders: A final round with our founders to ensure you're a cultural fit and aligned with our mission.
