Job Title: Customer Success Manager Company: InstaFinancials Location: HRBR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka Work Mode: Work from Office Job Summary: InstaFinancials is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role demands ownership of customer relationships, addressing client needs, understanding customer objectives, and maximizing the value customers derive from our offerings. You’ll work across customer success, account management, and pre-sales functions to deliver an exceptional customer journey. Key Responsibilities:Customer Success & Relationship Management Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers. Onboard, engage, and support customers to ensure value realization. Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and touchpoints to ensure customer goals are met. Resolve queries and complaints promptly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Identify customer use cases and track feature adoption. Account Management Manage and grow existing customer accounts. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer insights. Analyze customer performance and engagement trends. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience. Sales Support & Lead Generation Identify and pursue potential customers through database research and outreach. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features in detail. Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals where applicable. Support the creation and delivery of sales proposals. Market Research & Customer Intelligence Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities or threats. Study customer industries to understand how InstaFinancials can add value. Stay up to date with customer innovation trends and business needs. Reporting & Documentation Track KPIs and report on account health, renewal status, and engagement metrics. Maintain documentation of all interactions and updates in CRM tools. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory). Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and documentation skills. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk tools is an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving. Educational Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory Experience: 2 to 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales. Languages Required: English – Must (read, write, speak) Hindi – Must (speak, understand) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: relevant: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required)
