Job Summary: InstaFinancials is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. The role involves developing sales plans, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end sales processes while managing a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare business / sales plans to achieve the annual targets & execute the plans to achieve the numbers Monitor Industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and partnership. Demonstrates consistent ability to exceed quarterly and annual targets. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to the management team. Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement. Analysing performance of existing customers & identify upselling and cross sell opportunities Identifying new target customers and exploring new markets. Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups. Use CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities. Manage end to end sales cycle, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the services to customers Provide assistance to accounts team for payment collection if needed Recruit, Train, Develop & Manage the sales team. Build a high performing team & customer Skills & Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication. Sales/ Business Development experience in Software Industry Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent oral and written communication skills Good command over MS office and outlook Knowledge of CRM software is added advantage Outstanding relationship management skills Good negotiation skills Documentation skills Educational Qualifications & Experience: Education: Any Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM Preferred) Experience: 5 - 10 years in Sales/Business development. Languages Required: English – Must (read, write, speak) Hindi – Must (speak, understand) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Current Annual CTC?
