(immediate opening) Responsibilities: Gather business requirements from various departments Configure, customize, and manage VTiger CRM to meet business requirements in the organisation Create, modify, and maintain modules, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Ensure proper data migration, integration, and accuracy within CRM. Provide user support and resolve issues related to CRM functionality. Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement changes. Assist in daily operational activities and coordination across departments. Maintain records, reports, and documentation as required. Support business process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations. Provide analytical support and ad-hoc reporting when required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 1 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM tool management (VTiger CRM preferred). Basic understanding of CRM workflows, modules, and configuration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
