Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders Present company products/services to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner Negotiate deals, close contracts, and ensure client satisfaction Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of client requirements Continuously analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategy Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field 6-10 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development roles Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives/bonuses from day one Flexibility of work timing Upskilling-Training & Certification Opportunity to Build your own team
