Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

As the primary point of contact for learners throughout their training journey, you will be responsible for handling queries through calls, emails, and chat with professionalism and clarity. Your role will also involve guiding learners on LMS access, live sessions, and submission processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting onboarding calls, assisting in program orientation, and coordinating with internal teams for session schedules and updates. Additionally, you will be expected to track attendance, progress, and engagement metrics. In terms of CRM & Data Management, you will maintain detailed records of learner interactions and resolutions, update CRM systems, and generate periodic reports for the operations team. It will be crucial for you to ensure data accuracy across communication and tracking platforms. You will be required to gather feedback from learners on sessions and mentors, escalate unresolved issues to senior team members promptly, and contribute ideas to improve learner satisfaction and retention. Furthermore, you will collaborate with operations, marketing, and academic teams to streamline communication. Your assistance will be needed in drafting announcements, updates, and reminder messages.
