Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

As an Intern at MARS Cosmetics, your role will involve handling various customer communication channels such as calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally. Utilizing the appropriate tools and resources, you must provide accurate and complete information to customers. Additionally, maintaining customer records, updating account information, and following communication procedures are essential aspects of your responsibilities. In cases where issues remain unresolved, you will be expected to escalate them to the relevant internal teams. Achieving individual and team performance targets will be a key focus to strive for excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats. - Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly. - Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools. - Maintain customer records and update account information. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. - Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets. Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or Local Language. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. - Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. - Patience and ability to handle stress and pressure. - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
