Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

As a Customer Support Intern at Galaxy, you will be a part of the Global Customer Delight process, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Your role will involve end-to-end responsibility for customer order management, ensuring customers receive products, documents, or information on time. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preparation of Sales order in SAP ERP & updating it in Salesforce CRM portal. - Creating master data related to shipment/customer requirements in SAP. - Sharing order Acknowledgement/ Order confirmation to customers through Salesforce/SAP. - Maintaining hygiene related to sales orders in SAP. - Ensuring case hygiene in Salesforce to track orders & communication. - Sharing shipment documents & tracking sailed shipment information with customers within stipulated timelines. - Providing Order Status Report to customers periodically and seeking forecast. - Monitoring actual order position vis--vis S&OP. - Coordinating with various teams for queries related to customer order processing. - Having periodic calls with customers to discuss service levels, order position & any further requirements. - Understanding domestic/export documentation (Road, Air & Sea) & country-specific requirements. - Understanding different certifications, FTA, and forms required by customers/business. - Basic knowledge of OTIF & sharing monthly MIS. - Handling escalations & conducting RCA with CAPA. **Qualifications Required:** - Drive for Results - Interpersonal Savviness - Customer Focus - Planning and Organizing - Ownership **Skills Required:** - Good Written & Spoken communication in English. - Ability to work under strict deadlines - Learnability - Attention to Detail & Time Management - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Proficiency in MS-tools - Salesforce Exposure would be an added advantage About the Company: Galaxy is a chemicals manufacturing company specializing in personal and home care products.
