Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions, following up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring professional and clear responses.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service.
