As we expand our presence in Pune , were looking for passionate sales leaders who can drive revenue, build high-performance teams, and contribute to the next phase of our growth story. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader who can lead, train, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), oversee day-to-day sales operations, and ensure monthly revenue targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in outbound sales and strong team management capabilities. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDEs to enhance their performance, efficiency, and conversion ratios Monitor team KPIs and provide actionable feedback, support, and training Handle escalations, manage critical client accounts, and build strong client relationships (B2B & B2C) Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and sales campaigns Conduct regular performance reviews and team huddles Analyze market trends, competitors, and lead data to identify new opportunities Maintain accurate reports and data on CRM, Excel, and other tools Drive a performance-oriented, positive team culture focused on learning and excellence Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales leadership or team handling (min. 1.5 years) Prior experience in EdTech, e-learning, or SaaS is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required) Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT) and basic CRM usage Target-driven mindset with the ability to lead under pressure Natural coach, motivator, and strategic thinker Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
