Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Kochi. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, maintain strong relationships with customers, and ensure the team meets sales targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing training and guidance to team members to achieve set goals.

Qualifications

Strong Team Management and Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and formulate strategic decisions.
Outstanding Communication and Customer Service abilities for building client relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in creating and implementing effective sales strategies and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in automation or related industries is highly desirable.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
