About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales executives, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in strategy building, team motivation, and overall growth of the sales function.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.2. Assign leads, monitor performance and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.3. Conduct training sessions, mentoring and capability building of team members.4. Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion and revenue.5. Track daily/weekly/ monthly sales performance reports and share insights.6. Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer experience.7. Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and campaign performance.8. Maintain and update CRM ((HubSpot preferred) records and ensure accurate sales documentation.9. Conduct meetings, reviews and performance evaluations periodically.10. Identify new growth opportunities and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience through telecalling (B2C/B2B).2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling/leading a sales team.3. Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills.4. Ability to drive results under pressure & meet deadlines.5. Proficient in sales tracking, reporting and CRM tools.6. Strong problem-solving ability with customer-centric approach.7. High ownership, leadership qualities and target-oriented mindset.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
