Handling the inquiries via message, call or other source. Handle New Customer as well as Existing Customer. Coordinate with Sales Team. Sending company profile, catalogues and other details to new customers. Preparing Quotation. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Inform clients of unforseen delays or problems in their orders. Coordinate with production and dispatch team for timely delivery. Payment follow up. share packing list, Invoice and dispatch details.
