Regional Sales Manager For North India

As a Sales Manager in the preferable industries of Laminate, Veneer, Plywood, MDF, Particle Boards, Hot Melt Glue, and Edge band, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on negotiating and closing agreements with big OEMs and Traders. You will be required to oversee the daily operations of the sales department, monitor and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements, and conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities. Your role will involve providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients" needs and ensuring that both personal and team sales targets are met. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining existing customer relationships, as well as expanding the client database within the assigned territory. While the job location is Delhi, you will be expected to travel within North India to fulfill your responsibilities effectively.,
