Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, attendance, Train and manage Brand store/ SIS staff 20+ counters
– Ensure visual standards with BA / VM and Drive Brand targets sales of counters and Brand and Review daily/ Weekly/ season/ Yr
-- Retail counter Relationship - Ensure timely supply, right assortment, timely monthly collection close Co ordination of brand offers/ RTVs and all brand communication.
-- Brand relationship - Ensuring reporting to Brand KAM, managing operations and aligning RTVs, inwards, tradeshow and business performance.
-- Daily sales, weekly and monthly and seasonal business review and performance.
