We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team. This role involves managing the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingfor upskilling courses specifically designed for working professionals. You will work with high-quality leads provided by the company and guide professionals toward the right learning paths to accelerate their career growth. Key Responsibilities: Call and engage with potential working professional leads from the company-provided database. Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, personalized pitching, objection handling, closing, and post-sale coordination. Conduct 1-to-1counseling sessions to understand the career goals of prospects and recommend relevant online upskilling programs. Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time. Convert a minimum of 5 qualified leads into active sales opportunities each day. Accurately update lead status, meeting notes, and sales progress in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding and post-sale support. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or pre-sales, preferably in EdTech or related sectors. Proven experience in selling upskilling or professional development programs to working professionals is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Confident, presentable, and capable of building rapport with mid-careerprofessionals. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting 1-on-1 virtual sessions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools. Ability to work with structured sales scripts while personalizingconversations based on prospect needs. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A customer-first mindset with a genuine drive to help professionals upskill and succeed. Sales Team Lead - Ed Tech hyderabad 8 - 12 years INR 12.0 - 22.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and drive a team of counselors (callers) responsible for admissions in online upskilling courses (e.g., DevOps, Data Science, etc.). The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can inspire, train, and guide the team to consistently achieve sales targets while ensuring process excellence and a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach a team of 5 - 10 counselors to achieve individual and team targets. Drive admissions for online upskilling courses by motivating the team to convert qualified leads into enrollments. Conduct Zoom sessions with interested leads to provide detailed course guidance and act as a second voice to support counselors. Set clear goals, assign sales targets, and track performance of each team member through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews. Conduct daily huddles to communicate priorities, targets, and performance updates. Monitor productivity and ensure 100% compliance through audits of calls, emails, and sales processes. Identify performance gaps, implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) , and coordinate training interventions with the Training Manager. Motivate and engage team members to consistently meet and exceed sales expectations. Provide ongoing on-the-job training (OJT) and mentorship to new team members for faster ramp-up. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead in EdTech/E-learning/Education sector . Proven track record in selling upskilling courses to working professionals. Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a result-driven mindset. Ability to analyze team performance trends and take corrective action. High level of integrity and ability to build trust within the team.
