About the Role HealthTick is looking for a versatile Graphic & Visual Designer who can do it all — from designing social creatives and app UI to creating and editing videos, animated videos, and more. If you're someone who can take an idea and turn it into a visually compelling experience across formats, this role is for you. You’ll be the visual voice of our brand across product, social media, marketing, and internal communications. What You’ll Do Graphic Design: Create social media posts, ads, infographics, and pitch decks using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. UI Design: Design clean, user-friendly mobile app interfaces using Figma (or similar tools). Video Editing: Shoot/edit short-form videos and reels, add transitions, subtitles, and audio. Motion Graphics & Animation: Build animated explainers, transitions, and product walkthroughs using tools like After Effects Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve HealthTick’s visual style across all platforms and campaigns. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, and/or UI design (startup experience is a plus). You'll be speaking to people who have booked consultation with you, as well as cold call those people who have registered in HealthTick and have higher chances of enrolling in the program (only those who need our help). ● Build rapport and trust using empathy, active listening, and consultative selling—make users feel heard and understood. ● Explain HealthTick's value (habit change, psychology-based approach, not dieting) in simple, relatable terms. ● Follow up diligently with interested users, manage pipeline using CRM tools, and close deals within target timelines. ● Achieve sales targets consistently while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
