  • At HealthTick, we help people lose weight & reverse medical conditions by using a combination of Behavioural Science, Nutrition, Gamification & AI.
  • We believe in sustainable changes. So instead of relying on strict diet plan, we help people develop healthier habits in terms of eating, physical activity, sleep & stress management. 86% of our users lose 2-3 kgs each month, and most importantly keep it off in the long run.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Connect with users who sign up in HealthTick app via audio call and message (and very rarely video call as well)
  • Cold call the users who have signed up in HealthTick to make understand their health goals and enrol them in the program.
  • Follow up with pipeline users via call and message and help them enrol in the HealthTick's Weight Loss Program.
  • Maintain a talk time of 2.5 hrs+ on a daily basis.


Requirements


  • Startup Mindset: Should be comfortable working in a not-so-systemised environment.
  • Must be very good in communication.
  • Must be very good at convincing & influence people
  • Must be very good at building rapport with user
  • Should be able to talk in a friendly manner
  • Excellent closing skills
  • Must be very empathetic
  • Sales style should be consultative, not direct or forced
  • Should be okay with cold calling and maintaining talk time of 2.5 hrs+ daily
  • Must be very fluent in both Hindi and English. Fluency in any third language is a plus
  • Degree in nutrition or any health field is an added bonus
  • Prior experience in selling weight loss/ health related digital program is an added bonus.
