As a Health Consultant (Sales) at HealthTick in Noida, your role will involve cold calling and sales. You'll be speaking to users who have signed up in HealthTick, conducting both cold calls and pre-booked consultations. Your primary responsibility will be to understand users' health goals, habits, analyze areas for improvement, and assist them in selecting the right plan. Additionally, you will need to follow up with users via calls and messages to close sales, aiming for 80-100 cold calls per day. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A degree in any health or bio-related field - 1-3 years of experience - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds - High empathy for patients - Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) - Comfort with basic digital tools - A startup mindset with a high sense of ownership and independence At HealthTick, we focus on promoting healthy habits through a blend of Behavioural Science, AI, and Human Coaching, enabling individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes in just 10 minutes a day.
