Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with paid HealthTick users to ensure they have a smooth, supportive, and positive program experience.
• Identify and resolve patient issues by coordinating with the relevant internal teams (coaches, tech, operations, etc.).
• Provide proactive support to paid users—checking in on their progress, preventing issues before they arise, and guiding them when needed.
• Offer customer support to unpaid users via calls and messages, ensuring their questions are answered clearly and politely.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues raised, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
• Escalate critical concerns promptly to the appropriate team to avoid delays and ensure user satisfaction.
• Communicate in a warm, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner at all times, upholding HealthTick’s service standards.

Who we're looking for

To thrive at HealthTick, you’ll need a passion for helping people and a knack for making complex topics simple. Here’s what matters most:

• Any degree in health/medical science/bio-related field.

• Excellent Communication Skills

  : You’re clear, empathetic, and comfortable talking to people from all walks of life.

• Excellent listener

  : You get the patients talking, you understand their challenges & guide them towards smart decisions with your influential skills
• High empathy for the patients

• Language Skills:

  Fluency in English

  and Hindi is essential; knowing other languages is a plus.

• Tech Savvy

  : You should be comfortable using basic digital tools

• Startup Mindset

  : Should have high ownership of work. If you're someone who needs micromanaging, then HealthTick won't be the right fit for you
