Patient Care Executive

As a Patient Care Specialist at HealthTick, you will have the opportunity to engage with paid users, ensuring they have a smooth and positive program experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with paid HealthTick users to provide a supportive experience. - Identifying and resolving patient issues by coordinating with internal teams. - Providing proactive support to users by checking on their progress and guiding them when needed. - Offering customer support to unpaid users via calls and messages. - Maintaining accurate records of user interactions and follow-ups. - Escalating critical concerns promptly to ensure user satisfaction. - Communicating in a warm, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner at all times. To excel in this role, you should have: - A degree in any health/medical science/bio-related field. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Strong listening skills and high empathy for patients. - Fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of other languages being a plus. - Comfort with using basic digital tools. - A startup mindset with a high sense of ownership.
