Patient Care Executive

• Provide personalized care to our patients
• Coordination between doctors/patients and departments
• Supervision and coordination of billings
• New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients(new and old).
• Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports.
• Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow
• Cost counselling the patient on treatment advised by doctors
• Understand patient profile & problem
• Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey
• Act as a single point of contact for the patients
• Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure

they understand our value proposition

• Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services
• Create or increase interest in our service offerings Job Requirements:
• Bachelorsrequired - Medical field preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience 1 to 3 years, preferably in healthcare industry
• Open to a start-up environment
• Ability to develop and maintain good public relations
• Should be fluency in Kannada, English & Hindi or Telugu, Tamil plus
• Prepared immediate joiner
• 6 Days working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
