Job Description

Do research about the company at the website and on our socials to have an understanding of what we do and what we over. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Conversion: Engage with potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert them into paid mentees. Use a consultative sales approach to understand the needs of leads and suggest suitable program offerings. Lead Generation and Funnel Management: Actively work on building a strong lead pipeline through referrals, partnerships, and innovative outreach strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the lead funnel and achieve a higher conversion rate. Target Achievement and Performance: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets through effective communication and follow-ups. Track and analyze performance metrics to maintain consistent and sustainable growth. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Head (SMO Head) and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to contribute ideas, strategies, and solutions for business growth. Participate as a key stakeholder in brainstorming sessions for revenue optimization and long-term planning. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Present actionable insights to improve offerings and enhance customer acquisition strategies. Partnership Building: Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions to create mutually beneficial collaborations. Represent the company professionally in all external engagements.
