We are seeking an experienced and innovative Curriculum and Learning Design Specialist to lead the development and implementation of activity-based learning methods and remedial content for secondary education. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and outcome-oriented educational experiences aligned with NCERT guidelines and the National Education Policy (NEP). Location: Assam , Odisha, Hyderabad, Telangana, Kolkata and Pune. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and refine activity-based learning methods and remedial content for secondary students, ensuring alignment with NCERT curriculum and recommendations. Pedagogical Innovation: Develop and recommend new learning methodologies that accommodate diverse learning styles and promote student autonomy in learning. Curriculum Efficacy: Review and analyze current curricular practices, suggesting improvements to enhance learning outcomes and curriculum effectiveness. Instructional Support: Improve teaching quality by supporting educators in implementing innovative and blended teaching approaches. Learner Engagement: Enhance student participation through interactive teaching methods and continuous feedback mechanisms. Assessment and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from classroom sessions and workshops to assess teaching effectiveness and student learning. Blended Learning: Promote a blended learning environment by integrating digital tools with traditional instruction to create a holistic educational experience. Qualifications and Experience: Post-Graduation in Education (M.Ed.) or Ph.D. in Education or a related field. 5 - 6 years of experience in education sector projects, especially in medium to large-scale implementation at the secondary level. Hands-on experience with classroom teaching and the integration of theory with practice to meet diverse learner needs. Key Competencies and Attributes: Strong understanding of secondary education systems, curriculum design, NEP guidelines, and the challenges faced in secondary education. In-depth subject matter expertise in secondary education domains. Proven ability to design and align curriculum and assessment tools effectively. Capability to scaffold learning content and recommend targeted remediation and enrichment strategies based on learner performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other educational technologies.

Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within established timelines. Work Conditions Capability to accommodate 24/7 shift schedules as needed. Regular adherence to US shift schedules, potentially involving night shifts in India. Facilitate and oversee interactions with various stakeholders, including senior leadership teams, as necessary.
